Orange & Fennel Salad

  • Fennel

  • Oranges

  • Kale

  • Rocket

  • Vine ripened tomatos

  • Cucumber

  • Red onion

  • Fire Booch

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

Ingredients

  • Massage the kale to soften the leaves and bring out the flavour.

  • Slice the tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion.

  • Take off the outer layer of the orange and slice out the segments.

  • Pour two/three table spoons of the freshly squeezed orange juice into a separate cup and add two tablespoons of olive oil and Fire Booch to taste.
