Vine ripened tomatos

Ingredients

Massage the kale to soften the leaves and bring out the flavour.
Slice the tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion.
Take off the outer layer of the orange and slice out the segments.
Pour two/three table spoons of the freshly squeezed orange juice into a separate cup and add two tablespoons of olive oil and Fire Booch to taste.
